WE ARE COMMITTED TO DEVELOPING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PAYERS, PROVIDERS AND PARTNERS, BUILT ON A FOUNDATION OF HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY.
CPN’s Mission and Vision
-
To drive transparency into the sourcing, provision, billing and reimbursement processes in the DME and Ancillary services segment of workers’ compensation and auto claims industry.
-
To connect Payers and Healthcare Providers directly, transparently and electronically in order to support high quality medical care and better patient outcomes.
Our Values
-
Honesty, Integrity and Open Communication are fundamental principles in our business
-
Creativity, Innovation and Change drive sustained success in business
-
Stakeholders (Payers, Providers and Patients) come first, growth and profit will follow
-
Patients matter, and deserve the highest quality healthcare payers can afford
-
Accountability, Respect and Teamwork lead to Excellence
Our Team
-
ClearPrice Networks was established by workers’ compensation, auto insurance and durable medical equipment (DME), orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) industry experts with a collective 55 years of directly related business experience with Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Home Health Services (HHS).
-
We are entrepreneurs, former operating executives and information technology professionals with deep knowledge of provider networks, DME, O&P, HME, HHS, provider payment integrity, billing practices, bill review and referenced based repricing processes.
-
Our past operating experience includes significant leadership roles with providers, payers and ancillary services vendors, which makes us uniquely qualified to build a business that balances the priorities of each stakeholder because we have served each in the past.
-
We were inspired to launch ClearPrice Networks because of the significant inefficiencies, price markups and dysfunctional workflows perpetuated by the legacy ancillary services vendors using the rebilling business model.
-
We are passionate about driving transparency into the process, allowing payers to pay less and healthcare providers to get paid more. The net result will allow more claims dollars to be directed toward patient care, which we believe will contribute to better patient outcomes and lower overall costs.
